Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation and Processing

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via email and WhatsApp.

We try to process and ship the Order as soon as possible after receiving the confirmation.

Delivery Timeline

Within India: Delivery typically occurs within 2-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email and WhatsApp.

Tampered or Incorrect Shipments

If your package appears tampered with or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at marksandterance@gmail.com with relevant images.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility Criteria

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products should be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Return Process

Initiate Return: Visit the 'My Orders' section on our website to initiate a return request.

Prepare Package: Place the item in its original packaging along with the original invoice. Ensure the order number is clearly written on the package.

Pickup Arrangement: Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup within 2-3 business days.

Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the purchase amount.

Exchange Process

Exchanges will be delivered within 7-10 working days

For size or colour exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order using the issued store credit.

Important Notes

One-Time Return/Exchange: Each product is eligible for return or exchange only once.

Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

No Reimbursement of Shipping: Customers will not be reimbursed for any self-shipped returns.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order before it is processed, contact us at marksandterance@gmail.com. Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled.
