Shipping Policy

Domestic (Within India) Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order is dispatched.

Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

The Firm is not liable for any delays caused by courier services.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Store credits will be issued for returns, this carries no expiration date.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

No reimbursement will be provided for shipping costs incurred by customers.

No returns or exchanges on international orders.

Disclaimers

The Firm and its affiliates provide the Website and services "as is," without warranties of any kind.

The Firm does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website.

The Firm is not responsible for any third-party service provider's actions, including courier and logistics partners.

Governing Law & Arbitration

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, with arbitration proceedings held in Delhi.
